If your old Mac has become sluggish, lost data, stopped working or cannot be upgraded to the newest software, get in touch! All of these issues can usually be fixed very easily, and If they can’t, we offer a no fix no fee guarantee.
On top of any parts that your computer may need, we currently charge £95 for MacBook repairs and £125 for iMac and Mac Pro repairs. We will always let you know how much these parts are before we proceed with the repair, and if you don’t want the repair done for any reason, there’s no charge. Honestly, no charge.

Apple only fix and service their newest products, so by the time it comes to your MacBook or iMac having a real problem, the chances are they’ll turn you away at the door. But since we aren’t in the business of selling you new products, we’ll be the first to tell you that your Mac is perfectly fine. It may not seem it now, but just because its more than 5 years old doesn’t mean we can’t make it run faster than the day you brought it.

Lost Data
We have specialist software that can usually salvage the data from a failing hard drive, so any data you may have lost through malfunction or deletion we can access in house with no issue. Also we’re partnered up with the Kroll OnTrack, a leading data recovery specialist. We have access to their specialist recovery labs, so if you have a water damaged or fire damaged Mac, we can send your hard drive off to be taken apart and salvaged piece by piece.

Any physical damage to your Apple Mac can be resolved with a replacement part like the outside casings and stands, these are usually cheap to replace, all it requires is the knowledge to get inside the Mac safely without causing more damage to its internal workings.
Apple screen repairs
Screens that are smashed or cracked usually just require a new glass pane to be fitted over the top, but if you have issues with the actual picture your Mac is producing like lines on the screen, dead pixels and the performance of the screen, this may need a new screen or a new graphics card, both easy to replace but slightly more expensive than just the glass.
Keyboards will need replacing if you have lost keys or have lost power all together, but if you have single keys that will not respond, more often than not they just require a good clean and service.
